The showing request form is intended solely for individuals who are interested in previewing a rental property. Submitting the form does not guarantee approval for tenancy or the availability of the property.

2. Accuracy of Information

By completing and submitting the form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of a showing or rental application.

3. Identification Requirements

You are required to upload a copy of your driver’s license (front and back), along with a selfie holding your ID, as part of the showing request process. This is used solely for identity verification and rental eligibility purposes.

4. Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for tenancy, applicants must meet rental requirements, including but not limited to:

A minimum monthly household income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent.

Review of all photos and/or videos provided for the property prior to requesting a showing.

Agreement that additional screening, including credit and background checks, may be required before signing a lease.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval, as final approval is at the sole discretion of management.

5. Communication Consent

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your showing request. These may include appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out.

6. No Guarantee of Tenancy

Submitting the showing request form does not create a lease, tenancy, or guarantee of approval. Showings are subject to property availability and scheduling limitations.

7. Privacy & Data Security

Your personal information, including identification documents, will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the showing request form, scheduling issues, or inability to secure a rental property.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the showing request form after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
